I have been known to many as an active producer, creative developer, director,  marketing and promotions guru and for the previous 3 1/2 years (2004 - 2007) I have produced a weekly television show called CRUZIN TV! "Live from the Streets".

This urban lifestyle show highlights cars, stars and hot girls! The show airs nationally and we have interviewed a ton of your favorite hip-hop, latin hip-hop and pop culture artists! We travel to all the hot car shows including the Lowrider tour, DUB tour and Hot import nights tours in different cities.

At heart i am a creative brand builder and i like working with companies on branding and product development.

Like to travel, chill, listen to music daily, like different genres of music, like to go to the beach A LOT. If you love the beach then we will kick it hard! I like a good beach or city view, fine resteraunts, good food but a pizza break on the beach is alwayz cool too.

Written: September 13, 2006, *10 years ago changed the rap game / music industry forever. ***I first met Tupac Shakur in this pic back in 1994 at The first ever Death Row Records After-party. This was right after that years Soul Train Music Awards. These are just some of the pics taken this night. Also at the party was Jodeci, Michelle', Escape, DR. DRE, Rosie Perez, Lady of Rage, Warren G., Nate Dogg, The Dogg Poung -(before their album ever even dropped), young snoop dogg - during Doggiestyle record and so many other peeps. This party was crackin! Tupac had just tatooed his body with "Thuglife" and his video to "I get around" - was hot at the time. I met Tupac again in February 1996 and actually interviewed him "live" on the radio. I still have the interview and hope to also add that here to share with you (coming soon). It's been 10 years since Tupac passed but his music lives and his legacy will be here for a long time to come. PFUNK biography

Who the FUNK is PFUNK? There's no surprise why this name title expresses Paul Ramirez. AKA PFUNK, this Northern California native has created a name for himself within the entertainment industry. A determined and motivated achiever PFUNK has conquered and mastered opportunities that have challenged him.

In the past, PFUNK was once notoriously known as "the man on the streets" from 92.3 The Beat in Los Angeles. Once a full time radio personality for the popular stations morning team, "John London and The House Party," PFUNK worked daily and collaborated with the other members producing and creating a unique flavor of comedy for this top rated morning show.

PFUNK worked at The Beat during the stations most unforgettable years from June 1993 through June 1999. KKBT, now 100.3 The Beat in Los Angeles opened doors and influenced many radio outlets nationwide. The Beat was a "trend setter" for urban radio as it is today.

KKBT FM 92.3 THE BEAT -Chancellor Media * The First Los Angeles Number 1 Hip-Hop & R/B Urban Radio Station * Morning Show On Air Radio Personality. AKA PFUNK *Los Angeles, CA. Number 2 Radio Market (1993-1999) One of the co- hosts of this stations top winning, Number 1 Top (Arbitron) rated morning team for 5 full years. Truly a great experience.

Had the opportunity of interviewing many artists and celebrities including hip-hop and rap icons Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G. and Legandary Easy E. (complete interviewed Artist list below), actors Samuel Jackson, Halle Berry, entertainer and actress Janet Jackson, and more talents, artists, Groups and celebrities that have become very popular in todays entertainment and music Industries.

I also hosted many live radio Broadcast and reported form many events, including club appearances, concerts, and shows including, The Grammy Awards, The American Music Awards, The Soul Train Awards, The Lady of Soul Awards and many more.

 

PFUNK along with Worldwide Heavyweights Distribution produced and released "PFUNK's Best of Jimmy Jenkins". This comedy and parody CD was recorded from his earlier comedic radio efforts. This included prank phone call's by his alias Jimmy Jenkins character and included skits by actress Halle Berry, singer Faith Evans, rap artists Snoop Dogg, B-Real from Cypress Hill, Tash from The Lix crew and several other talents. If you are really interested in laughing your ass off to old but good shyt, let me know. maybe I could hook it up! lol. CD is out of print but still a classic and well put together comedy project.
